Non-Local Students

How to get started:

  1. Read the "NON-LOCAL STUDENT GUIDE".
  2. Complete and send the "REQUEST FOR OFF-CAMPUS PROCTOR" form to the Distance Learning Office (Form is attached in the "Non-local community students guide").
  3. Print and give the "Off-Campus Proctor Guidelines" to your prospective proctor.
  4. Your prospective proctor must complete and send the "Examination Proctor Agreement Form" to the Distance Learning Office (The form is attached to the "Off-Campus Proctor Guidelines).

Local Students:

How to get started:

  1. E-mail PVC-DLO@paloverde.edu to request a proctored exam.
  2. The proctored exam will be available at the College Library, located on the 2nd Floor of the CS Building.

Requesting Coursework (Syllabus, Assignments, Quizzes, Exams, Etc):

When requesting coursework please email your request with the following information to pvc-dlo@paloverde.edu

  • Your name
  • Student ID#
  • Course name & section number
  • Instructor
  • Assignments being requested

PLEASE NOTE:

  • We will email you all the course materials. Once you have received those materials, please send us an email confirming they were received.
  • If you require printed course materials and are a local community student, you can stop by the Correspondence Department office and we will provide you with a printed copy.
  • If you are a non-local student and require a printed copy, we will need the above information and your mailing address and will gladly mail you a copy.

Sending completed assignments:

Please send your completed course assignments to the address mentioned below (you can also send the materials directly to your instructor by including their name on the mailing label).

In addition, we recommend that you add the following information to the assignments prior to mailing them back to us or your instructor.

  • First and last name
  • Student ID#
  • Course name & section number
  • Name of instructor
  • Your location (City)

Requesting graded assignments:

  • LOCAL STUDENTS - If you are taking Correspondence classes and are a local student looking for graded materials, you can stop by the Correspondence Department office located on the 1st floor of the CS Building, and we will provide you with any assignments returned by the instructors. Or, if you prefer, we can scan and email them to you.
  • NON-LOCAL STUDENTS - If you are taking Correspondence classes and are a non-local student looking for graded assignments, you can email PVC-DLO@paloverde.edu and we will scan and email you the assignments returned by the instructors.

However, If you prefer to receive the original or a hard copy of your assignments, please send us an email or mail us at the address mentioned below
