Fire Science Technology
Palo Verde College provides the degree and certificates listed below through a nonprofit organization called Industrial Emergency Council (IEC). IEC trains people who want to pursue professions that deal with potentially catastrophic events where the first response could mean the critical difference for both survival and rapid recovery. Since the 1970s, IEC has helped hundreds of organizations prepare for (and prevent) industrial accidents and natural disasters. The company has also helped organizations be ready to provide life-saving first response to on-the-job injuries, employee heart attacks and other workplace incidents.
