Welding Technology
Joe has a single subject credential in Welding Technology with the California Community Colleges, and is a certified welder through the American Welding Society (AWS). He has twenty-three years teaching experience in welding. Prior to becoming a vocational instructor, Joe brings sixteen year of experience in the welding industry to Palo Verde College in the areas of welding management, welding training, and construction technology. Joe is passionate about the welding field because he can create and design structures. He got into teaching because he loves to see his students succeed in their vocational careers. Joe says the types of students that would do well in his welding courses would have patience, excellent hand-eye coordination, and a dedicated work ethic.
