Important Update to Prerequisites
PVC has recently updated the General Education (GE) pattern for students pursuing the ADN degree. This change reflects our commitment to academic excellence and alignment with statewide standards.
- Students who have maintained continuous enrollment may still follow their original catalog rights, including the GE pattern in place when they first entered PVC.
Please consult with Margaret Robertson, Nursing & Allied Health Educational Advisor, to ensure you are following the correct GE pattern for your situation.
All students are responsible for personal expenses, including lodging, meals, and transportation to and from the college and clinical sites. Reliable transportation is required. Carpooling may be available. Class fundraisers can help offset program costs. While Palo Verde College is Title IV eligible and offers federal grants such as the Pell Grant, we are not currently affiliated with federal or private student loan programs.
