Chapter 1 - The DistrictChapter 1 identifies the District as well as its boundaries and principles, and its auxiliary organization, the Palo Verde College Foundation.
Board Policies
Chapter 2 consists of the Bylaws of the Board of Trustees for the Palo Verde Community College District. As Bylaws, they establish the rules and regulations adopted by the Board for its internal governance.
The Board Bylaws are incorporated into the District's Policy and Procedure Manual as Board Policies because, like the other chapters of Board Policies, they guide the Board in its management of the District.
